Sustainability – Eco Rep Program

Program Overview

Members of the Eco Rep Committee represent the Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, University Housing sustainability program. Residents participate in opportunities to educate their peers regarding the ever growing interest in sustainable living.

As students become more and more interested and invested in helping create a more sustainable environment, the Eco Rep Program provides residents the opportunity to learn more about sustainable and responsible decisions within their residential communities and beyond.

The mission of the Eco Rep Program is to provide educational and practical programming and opportunities to promote responsible sustainable behaviors within the University Housing residential communities.

There is one Eco Rep from each residential community who participates in a bi-weekly meeting.
